Project Management
Site planning, team leadership & collaboration with architects, engineers, general contractors… community & government relations, tenants & clients… entitlements, construction, scheduling, budgets, contract administration & negotiation … degrees and/or experience in architecture, civil, or mechanical engineering, or construction.
Leasing
Sales and leasing of commercial property in the retail or office sectors…business & legal savvy, consultative selling and a closer… energy, high emotional quotient (EI), success driven, tenacious… undergrad or graduate degree in business or related field and work experience in business.
Development Accounting
Financial statements, general ledgers, accounting transactions…variance analysis, cash flow, budgeting, job costing…auditing, closings, A/R, A/P… entity accounting, understanding operating agreement… key member of the development team and business partner of the team leaders… B.S. Accounting or BBA… MBA, CPA a plus.
Property Management
Facility management, tenant relations, budget management...lease administration, accounting, CAM's, vendor management, capital expenses, TI's...AZ license, PM experience...CFM, RPA, etc. professional certifications desirable
Marketing & Administration
Cartography, market research, graphics,, marketing support… organization administration, reception … experience, specialty skills and undergraduate degrees and/or certifications
