EXECUTIVE TEAM
Don Bourn, Chief Executive Officer, Bourn Companies, LLC.
Starting the Bourn Companies was the logical step for Don after a distinguished career at Trammell Crow Company and Peat, Marwick and Mitchell. During his many years in the real estate industry, he developed a unique philosophy of value creation for clients and investors -- the idea that the role of a broker or developer is to increase the financial, personal and community value of every transaction. As one might expect, Don takes a hands-on approach to the business, overseeing the leasing, development, marketing and sale of all projects as well as helping to guide the company's big-picture vision. Don received his BS in accounting from the University of Nebraska where he also played football on several nationally ranked teams. He is a member of many nonprofit boards in southern Arizona.
